What I saw regarding the speakers struck me: these people have only been in the industry for a very short time but they have been so successful compared to an employee like me who has been working for decades.

This is to prepare you to take on difficulties and challenges that you may encounter on the way. Always set a long term goal then use it to motivate yourself along the way – always remember why you ventured into the network marketing business in the first place.
Second is finding the right products to market: always pick products that you yourself have used and enjoyed in the long term. This is for you to easily convince people as a witness to how these products have worked for you. Think of products that have great benefits to your downlines, define these benefits then market the products! It’s really easy as long as you have the right mindset.
